    I've lost 81 pounds going to Weight Watchers. I'm a PASTAHOLIC! When I saw Nasoya in the lastest Weight Watcher Magazine I had to have them. Rinse noodles for two minutes. I call this TOMATO RELISH Pasta 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 3 red bell peppers chopped but not too small. 1 bay leaf 4 fresh Tomatoes also diced 3 Tablespoons Worchester Sauce 1 1/4 cups of your favorite Ketchup. Sounds a little like Honey BOO BOO's Mom's Spaghetti Sauce? NOT EVEN. This is healty but yes ot has Ketchup. Just try it before you turn your nose up at the thought. Brown onion with garlic and the bay leaf in a little oil until lightly brown and fragrant. Add peppers and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they have softened. Then add the fresh tomatoes with Kewtchup and Worchester Sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes unitl it thickens. Make your favorite meatballs and bake them. When they are brown and cooked through put in sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on Pasta Zero .
