1 pot wonder chicken lo mein
Made this tonight and it was such a winner! My husband is still raving about it! I added shrimp with the chicken, halfway through cook time. But if you're just doing chicken, I would definitely use more than just a half pound, because that's a lot of pasta for such little meat. Also, add salt and pepper...not in the recipe, but I didn't want it bland, especially with all that pasta. Very easy meal though! Loved it! Can't wait for our leftovers tomorrow!
BREAKFAST MUFFINS.Breakfast Muffins - basically any diced veggies,meat, or cheese you want in a regular muffin tin, cover with few eggs beaten with a bit of milk. Bake 325 x 30 mins, check doneness with toothpick. 1 tsp breadcrumbs in bottom of tins if desired for "crust." Keep in fridge, microwave x 30-45 secs.
