Crock Pot Ham. Cover the bottom of the crock pot with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. What do I like more than bacon? You guessed it! A honey-baked ham in my house lasts maybe....never mind--I'm not going to tell all my dirty little secrets:)

Crockpot Lemon Chicken - Put cube of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Cook on High 4-5 hours, or Low 6-8 hours.

Crock pot orange chicken. I wonder if I could use coconut flour instead of regular flour to bread? And honey instead of brown sugar for the sauce. UPDATE: the flavor was excellent, and it worked very well to dredge in coconut flour; however, the breading mostly fell off while cooking into the sauce, making for an oddly textured sauce. Next time if I want to make it gluten-free, I will just not bread it at all. I learned that breading in coc. flour would be a good way to do nuggets though!
To try in Crock Pot: Chicken breasts, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, and green onions. add some cilantro to the top, then served up in soft tortillas with rice.

This is my favorite! :) Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
