its my modivation
I am always trying to figure out something healthy to eat in the morning, but I can't think of anything so after 10 minutes of trying to stay "good"...I end up eating cheese (not good). Now, I have something to eat in the mornings that isn't mouse food or loaded with chocolate :D thank you Pinterest!
I did this arm workout routine several years ago, and holy crap did it tone my arms! So glad I found it again!
