Banana Cupcakes: Give banana slices an oh-so-good upgrade by layering them with nutritious toppings. Use a piping bag and round decorating tip (or a ziplock bag with a corner snipped off) to pipe a swirl of peanut butter on a 1-inch-thick slice. Top with fresh berries, shredded coconut, or other healthy favorites. #eatcleanpinparty

Apple Pie Dip & Cinnamon-Sugar Whole Wheat Tortilla Chips- I quadrupled the recipe and used 6 apples- mostly Golden Delicious. I'm going to try and find a healthy way to add caramel to it. Another idea I want to try is adding the mix once it's cooked to a graham cracker pie crust and baking it off.

Smudgies: You might not guess it from the picture, but smudgies are actually a frozen treat, which makes them perfect for all this hot weather. What is a smudgie, exactly? Bananas and peanut butter mixed together, smashed between two graham crackers, and then frozen. It's always the simple things that taste the best.
