DIY Smoothie Packs. Great idea, but makes a lot of smoothie! 1 1/2 c of fruit, 2 cubes of Greek yogurt, a scoop of protein powder, a little honey, and some milk and it was just right! I would say it's enough for two though, unless you want a gigantic smoothie.
