Chicken and Hummus sandwich. Chicken breast cooked with Mrs.Dash Salt Free seasoning. 100% whole wheat toast, original hummus spread, tomatoes, lettuce and avocado either on the side or on it. Soooo yummy and healthy. It's my staple and go to meal while on the Advocare Cleanse.

Great meal for the advocare cleanse! Place 1 cup of brown rice in a 9x9 pan. Pour in a can if low sodium chicken broth. Set 2 chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Add vegetables of your choice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for one hour. And it's AMAZING!!
