REVIEW from fellow pinner: Found it on Pinterest and made it. Baked Crispy Cheddar Chicken - This recipe is definitely a keeper. My husband said, "I love it!" The only thing I did differently from the recipe was to add more sour cream to the sauce. So, go ahead and pin it and then make it!

Cauliflower "chicken" nuggets. These are crazy-addictive. You just keep popping more and more into your mouth. Luckily, they're way healthier for you than KFC, and it's a great way to get kids to love veggies!

Lemonade punch (lemonade + ice + fresh lemons + Sprite + pineapple juice).

baked parm zucchini (50 calories for entire recipe) - slice zucchini, spray with butter spray, sprinkle with 1 TBS parmesan, and bake at 400 until starting to brown

Sliced baked potatoes: thinly slice almost all the way through. drizzle with butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. bake at 425 for about 40 min. OMG!
