Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. I've had pumpkin smoothies pinned forever and I finally made one! Every recipe I've seen is a little different. Mine had 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, and pinches of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. This was so delicious. The kids and I loved it. You could play around using yogurt, almond butter, peanut butter, (ahem, ice cream). There are so many possibilities! This is a must try for pumpkin lovers!

Chicken taco chili...only about 200 calories a serving and makes 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot. 1 cup is 5 pts+ on weight watchers.
