Clean Eating Chicken and Dumplings (in the crockpot!!!!)
Sweet and Sour chicken - This was okay. I use the breading method for any asian stir-fry recipes. Not my FAV sauce, but it was really handy when we didn't have much in the fridge. I always have those ingredients on hand, and my kids liked it.
Creamy Chicken Pockets - Use biscuits or Rhodes rolls instead of crescent because I really dislike the taste of crescents. Great go-to dinner, always have ingredients that will work on hand.

Verde Chicken Mexican Lasagna - Winner of LDS Living's Best Casserole Contest.
Healthy, quick breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana and oatmeal squares. Another pinner said: "These are awesome! A pan doesn't last 2 days in our house. They're delicious and super good for you, especially if you substitute applesauce for the brown sugar--one bar is 128 calories & 5 grams of protein. Perfect breakfast with a glass of cold milk. YUM!"
Homemade Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
---"THE WORLD'S BEST CHICKEN". Others have called it, “So Good it Can’t Be Described--- NOT SO MUCH! It was not even that good. I MIGHT make it again if I'm desperate and have the ingredients, but it was really not that great.
