Make a box with note cards to record the cute little things your kids say and do that you don't want to forget. Or when your little kids reach milestones but you don't have time to keep a baby book, write the date and what they did on a notecard. At the end of the year, sort them into their keepsake boxes.

Calm Down Corner - have a basket with a variety of items (finger labyrynth, glitter jars, pen and pad for writing or drawing, a jar of putty with hidden gems and buttons, empty plastic water bottle for scrunching up tight and then blowing back to normal and assorted other fidget toys) to release/refocus emotional energy.
