    I'm using this to broil about 8oz of beef tenderloin. The recipe doesn't say what to do with the oil oil, so I followed directions then patted on olive oil to seal it up. Then I am sitting aside for 45 min before broiling as I did with a massive tenderloin my brother grilled for me. It came out excellent. Didn't feel like firing up the grill so wanted a different taste. Thought the dry mustard would add a distinct flavor. I left off on season salt. Unnecessary in my opinion and potentially overwhelming.
