In case you didn’t know… Elfing=Boo’ing but at Christmas time and with Christmas gifts/goodies and in case you didn’t know what “Boo’ing” is…. Basically Boo’ing is “Reverse trick-or-treating.” Basically you fill a basket or bag with goodies, toys or anything festive for Halloween and leave it on the front doorstep of a friend or neighbor. You must include a “door sign” and “poem/instructions” so that the recipient knows what this is there for and how to pass long the favor. The recipient will place the door sign on their front door to let others know that they have had a turn being “boo’ed”. Then the recipient gets a turn at this. Pretty soon the whole neighborhood is filled w/ homes with doors that have the signs up! So… “ELFING” is the same thing! What a fun time of year and a great way to show our friends and neighbors that we care for them! We designed 2 “We’ve Been Elfed” Door Signs and an instructions poem letter as well.

New Year's Eve Countdown...put a note inside each balloon and do what it says at that hour...bake cookies, play a game...

Have an old, ugly muffin tin? Don't throw it out. Turn it into a snowman decoration * I'll make it, then put our names on it, since there are 6 of us!!!*

Christmas Card saying what's going on in everyone's life in just a word or two...cute idea!

Original pinner says: "Each year our kids must choose ten old toys to put in their Santa bags. These must be toys in decent shape that other kids would actually want. We leave the bags under our tree on Christmas Eve. Santa takes the old toys back to the North Pole to fix them up he leaves new toys in the bag. I toss the toys in a black trash bag and hide them until I can drop them at Goodwill or a service center. New toys are unwrapped in the bag. Santa leaves a few "family gifts" under the tree that are wrapped. Great way to declutter, recycle old toys, and teach the kids about giving rather than receiving."

Let your valentine know you feel fortunate to have them in your life with charming fortune cookies filled with treats or special messages.
