why didn't i think of that
If you are building an new home!!! slide out dog/kid doors... this is the greatest idea EVER... no more baby gates!!!
Put warm water into the dirty pan or cookie sheet, lay the dryer sheet (or sheets) flat in the water and leave it to sit overnight. In the morning, the baked-on stuff will either have lifted off, or will be very easy to slough off with a spatula or other flat object. It has always worked for me...especially if you do it right after you've used the pan.
Amazing, I had no idea! A standard mason jar will fit most blenders, turning it into a single-serve magic bullet type of contraption. Tried it this morning - worked like a charm! Obviously don't use with hot liquids, as the steam has nowhere to escape, but for cold smoothes = magic! :)
Scrub your cast iron with coarse salt and a soft sponge. The salt is a natural abrasive and will absorb oil and lift away bits of food while preserving the pan's seasoning. Rinse away salt and wipe dry.
Such a cute DIY idea: framed shopping bags above your vanity table. Lillie and Kelli! remind Kelli to get more bags on her next trip to Europe, look for her Fendi bag from her first trip to Europe so that i can frame with other bags that we have and see if she has an UGG bag from her trip to Australia
What a great idea for cutlery. Love the deep drawers.
