Professional house cleaners spill their 10 best-kept secrets to save time & effort. 1 most definitely liked was how to remove grease/dirt build up from kitchen cabinets. Say to clean cabinets, 1st heat slightly damp sponge/cloth in microwave for 20 - 30 sec. until it's hot. Put on a pair of rubber gloves, spray cabinets w/ an all-purpose cleaner containing orange oil, then wipe off cleaner w/ hot sponge. This should make the kitchen look & smell wonderful too!

Cake Flour Substitute.... all purpose flour plus corn starch. The easiest way to do this substitution is to put 2 tbsp of cornstarch in the bottom of a 1-cup measuring cup, then fill the cup as usual with all-purpose flour and level top.
