    oh my - you never cease to have some amazing looking recipe I can't wait to try! Love seeing how you stop everything for easy access too. I just switched to jars, myself. Curious- do you soak and dehydrate all your nuts & seeds first? I buy pre-sprouted sunflower and pumpking seeds from Go Raw, but I've gotten lazy and not been soaking my walnuts and it doesn't seem to bother me (although they are a bit more bitter that way).
