My first meal after the fast: Paprika-pepper mahi mahi with black beans, arugula, tomato, and avocado.
My version of the "Mean Green" juice: 1 bunch spinach, 1 bunch kale, 2 apples, 2 carrots, 1 cucumber, 4 celery stalks, 2 small tomatoes, and a half jalapeño for some kick!
Morning Bloody Mary: 4 large tomatoes, 6 celery stalks, 1/2 lemon, and black pepper or cayenne pepper to taste!
