Homemade Orange Creamsicles- 1 cup orange juice (fresh or frozen), 1 cup heavy cream ( I use thick coconut milk), 3 TSP honey, 1/4 tsp orange extract, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Whisk all ingredients together. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen.
Cauliflower Crust Pizza WOW, this pizza is fantastic and if I never eat a real pizza crust again, I won’t even miss it. This cauliflower crust is firm, with great flavor, you can cut it like a regular pizza and pick up the slices and eat them with your hands. This recipe is just downright fabulous and everyone, kids and adults, who have tried a slice have loved it and couldn’t figure out the secret of the crust.
Ingredients: 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced 1/2 cup basil leaves 1/4 cup sliced red onion 36 g fresh sliced mozzarella cheese 1 Laughing Cow Light Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Spreadable Cheese Wedge 1 Flat Out Multi-Grain & Flax Flatbread 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil sprinkle of pepper

Black Bean Hummus:Mince garlic in the bowl of a food processor. Add black beans, 2 tablespoons reserved liquid, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, tahini, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper; process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add additional seasoning and liquid to taste. Garnish with paprika and Greek olives.
