Purple Rain Cocktail - Kelsey's Restaurant
Bewitching Purple Martini -- 3 oz Vodka, 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice, ½ oz blue Curacao liqueur, ½ oz sweet and sour mix, ½ oz 7-up. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake gently. Add more blue Curacao if the color isn’t purple enough. Serve in chilled glass.

Ingredients 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup (4 ounces) light rum, if desired 1/2 cup (4 ounces) blue curaçao 1/2 cup (4 ounces) cream of coconut (not coconut milk) 10 to 12 ice cubes Fresh cherries or maraschino cherries with stems, if desired Directions 1Chill martini glasses in freezer several hours before serving. 2Place all ingredients except cherries in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 45 seconds or until smooth. 3Pour pineapple mixture into glasses. Garnish with cherry.

Vampire Kiss...with coconut, pineapple and vodka
Lava Flow -- / 1 oz. light rum / 1 oz. Malibu® coconut rum / 2 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries / 1 small banana / 2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice / 2 oz. coconut cream // Blend the rums and the strawberries in a blender to form a smooth paste. Pour into tall glass. Blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in blender with crushed ice and pour into the glass slowly. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella.

Electric Lemonade 1 1/2 oz. Vodka or Rum 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao 2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix 7-Up or Sprite and a Lemon Slice.
Green Flash Cocktails: 1 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps, 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao, 3 oz. orange juice, 3 oz. sprite, and ice.
