Dinner 2/12/12 - so easy. I loved that I could throw this into the slow cooker after church and it was ready for dinner. I only used half the amount of honey because I'm cheap and honey is expensive. The sauce didn't thicken up much, so I would reduce it on the stove next time instead of in the slow cooker. Husband loved it, and daughter even ate most of her plate. That equals a winner!
