Chocolate Chip cookie dough cake! Could be a healthy dessert too - use a low fat cake recipe, vegan cookie dough, and maybe the middle layer could be Cool Whip or a jam mixed with the dough instead of frosting to cut back on the frosting quantity. Or just ice the whole thing in Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate and/or brown sugar sprinkles
