Freezer crockpot meals. I love this woman's plan. These are all healthy meals from what I had a chance to look over. No cans of soup or cream cheese, etc... The price per meal she works out is under $4 and she prepares meals for up to 10 weeks. Pretty amazing, want to give these a try.
Good to know: Rachel Ray talked about how you should make your own taco seasoning because the stuff you buy in stores is full of sodium(and it has silica in it, which is like the little packet found in new shoes that says DO NOT EAT).
