If you have a little bit of belly pouch (like most women do- even the lingerie models) on an otherwise flat stomach, I say you’ve done pretty well for yourself! But, if you want to address that stubborn pouch try this. This stretch will bring your hips back and dial back lower belly bulge. Get into a Crescent/Lunge pose. Take the opposite arm and reach back to the hamstring of the extended leg. Make sure your core is engaged and hips stay stable Hold for 5 breaths. Repeat opposite side.
