37 CALORIE BROWNIES! 3/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt-vanilla 1/4 c skim milk 1/2 c Cocoa powder 1/2 c Old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 c Truvia (or any natural/stevia based sweetener that pours like sugar) 1 egg 1/3 c applesauce 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 8x8 baking pan. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 min). Pour into prepared pan. Bake for about 15 min. Allow to cool completely. Makes 9 large squares.
