CREAMY HORSERADISH SAUCE 1 cup mayonnaise 8 teaspoons prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon white vinegar 4 teaspoons granulated Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Whisk all of the ingredients and chill to blend flavors. Makes about 19 tablespoons Do not freeze

Then crack an egg in each muffin area! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Put on a English muffin, with shredded cheese. Can be frozen and reheated. Brilliant!
