White rice with black sesame & edamame, Omelette with roasted red pepper, chicken and Asparagus.

Fig, vanilla and greek yogurt popsicles// I may not like figs but I imagine you can do this with almost any fruit. Can't wait to try it!

Jello Oranges! :DDD yayyayyy! You cut oranges in half, then squeeze out the juice with a juicer or somehow peel out the slices. Then keep the skin (would probably be better if the oranges had thick skin). Make the Jello and instead of using regular cups or tiny bowls, you use the orange shells instead. After refrigerating and letting the Jello harden, you can cut the "Orange Jellos" in half or thirds and VOILA! Orange Jellos, ready to go! :D great for kid's parties or summer time snacks!

Blueberry cheesecake popsicle bites... only four ingredients: blueberries, light cream cheese, sugar and light cool whip. when frozen in ice cube tray they were around 10 calories each. Oh yes please
