The Easiest Apple Tart / Jennifer Chong

Crispy “Fried” Ice Cream By: Snappy Gourmet 1 (18oz.) box corn flake cereal 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons cinnamon 3 (1 1/2 quarts) containers vanilla ice cream (18 cups ice cream) Toppings (optional): sauces (Caramel or Cajeta, Hot Fudge, Strawberry Sauce, Honey, Maple Syrup, etc), whip cream, cherries

Chocolate truffle tart. Easy and so delicious! {Yummola! Made this for my son's B-day. We had to eat a third of the slice you see. It's that decadent. Due to time constraints, I also had to put it in the fridge for a while, before baking it the final part. It still turned out tasty! I'll be making this again, too. PV 28Sep12}

Cute for birthday parties.....Freeze ice cream in a 9X13 then use cookie cutters. Cute & you don't have to stand around dishing out ice cream. Why have I never thought of this!!!!
