Oven-Roasted Asparagus | The Pioneer Woman...Preheat oven to 425; Rinse asparagus; chop off bottom inch or so (tough white part); spread out on single layer on rimmed baking sheet and pat dry. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 10 mins.
Protein & Fat: Chinese-Style Oven Baked Ribs. I love Chinese style ribs, but unfortunately I could only get these at Chinese buffets (which I obviously try to avoid now). Here is a delicious way to have some ribs ready to go for about three meals; so they go a long way! Not too much prep time and oh so delicious.
Chinese-Style Oven Baked Ribs
Crock Pot Ribs 1 rack pork baby back ribs 4 tblspns pork seasonings 2 1/2 tblspns red wine vinegar 1 bottle BBQ sauce Dash of liquid smoke salt and pepper 1. Cut rack of ribs in half with 2 tblspns seasoning. 2. Place ribs in crock pot. Add vinegar and liquid smoke. Pour 3/4 bottle sauce over ribs. 3. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs. Half way through flip ribs. Add remaining sauce.
Crockpot Apples and Porkchops (you have to brown the chops before placing them on apples coated with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg)
Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken this was delicious! And made my house smell wonderful. I used organic chicken with Montreal steak seasoning 4 lemons and three heads of garlic. I used 2 large sprigs of rosemary.but i think i might add even more next time.i am a garlic lover so the cook garlic was soooo good def will make a again yummy light and healthy :)
