Chicken Noodle Soup (New York Penicillin) - one of the best chicken noodle soup recipes from the famous New York Cookbook

beautiful in what they are

No way Jose. Simply too healthy, too easy & too delicious! Pumpkin Pie Smoothie 1/2 banana, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt , 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or vanilla soy milk), few shakes of pumpkin pie spice, 4-5 ice cubes. Done.

7 day fat burning recipe(cabbage soup) 2 lg cans diced tomatoes 6 green onions 1 (46 oz) can beef broth 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix 1 bunch celery 1 lg head cabbage 2 cans green beans 2 green peppers 2 lbs carrots 1 bunch parsley (opt) Makes a huge kettle full (12-qt stockpot was 3/4 full)! Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and place in soup pot. Add broth, then enough water to cover vegetables completely. Boil for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. Add soup mix and canned green beans (if using frozen, put in before boiling). Stir thoroughly. This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want. The soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. NOTE: if eaten alone for indefinite periods, you will suffer malnutrition!! **Drink only unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice and water. DAY1: Eat soup and all fruits, except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruit. DAY 2: all vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw and canned vegetables possible, but stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat along with the soup at dinner time on this day. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat any fruits this day. You can make a broccoli-stuffed baked potato and then cover it with the soup mixture. It's tasty and moist. DAY 3: eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables that you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten for 3 days as instructed above and not cheated, you will find that you have lost 5-7 pounds. DAY 4: bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as 3 bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk that you can, along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your cravings for sweets. Take 1 banana, 1 cup milk and 1 sweetener and blend with ice cubes for a tasty drink. DAY 5: beef and tomatoes, fish or chicken. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of meat and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash away the ureic acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once this day. Don't skip the tomatoes. DAY 6: beef and vegetables. Eat your heart's content of the beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 to 3 steaks if you like, with green leafy vegetables, but not baked potato. Be sure to eat soup at least once today. You can use the beef and vegetables to make stirfry in a nonstick pan. DAY 7: brown rice, unsweetened juice and vegetables. Again, stuff yourself. Be sure to have the soup at least once today. If you have not cheated on the diet, you will have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 5 pounds, stay off diet for 2 days before restarting at Day 1. This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, if correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being as never before. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lightened by at least 10-17 pounds and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and as long as you feel the difference.

A little boy asked his mother, “Why are you crying?” “Because I’m a woman,” she told him. “I don’t understand,” he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, “And you never will.” Later the little boy asked his father, “Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?” “All women cry for no reason,” was all his dad could say. The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry. Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on the phone, he asked, “God, why do women cry so easily?” God said, “When I made the woman she had to be special. I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet gentle enough to give comfort. I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children. I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining. I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly. I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart. I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly. And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed.” “You see my son,” said God, “the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides.” Author: Unknown
