We've been eating light and started craving something a little bit more substantial, so with a 1lb. package of ground sirloin, we made Parsley Peppercorn Beef Patties. Delicious with Rice and Fresh Broccoli Crowns. TIP: Use concentrated Chicken Stock in the sauce, and you won't need to add salt. I used fewer peppercorns, too. Still super flavorful.
