The Ultimate Comfort Food-Grandma's Potato Salad ~ 1 Cup Hellman's mayonaise 1 Tbsp Vinegar 1 Tbsp mustard 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 4 cups cooked, peeled, and sliced potatoes (5-7 potatoes) 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced. 3-4 slices bacon, diced and browned 1/2 tsp celery seed.~ In large bowl stir together first 6 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well. Cover; chill. Makes about 5 cups.
