Step 1 Boil 1 cup water. Step 2 Place 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder in a cup. Pour the water over the cinnamon. Allow to steep for 30 minutes. Step 3 Once the mixture has cooled, add 1 tsp. honey. Use raw, unprocessed honey. Stir well. Step 4 Drink the mixture twice daily, before breakfast and about 1/2 hour before you go to bed.
