The dipping sauce: ¼ C Mayo 1T drained Horseradish 2t ketchup ¼t of Cajun seasoning Marinate pickle slices in : 1t garlic powder Few shakes of hot sauce Milk to cover pickles (recipe wants buttermilk, but we don’t have that in our fridge LOL) At least an hour Batter: ½ C all purpose flour 1 ¾ t Cajon seasoning ¼ hot or cayenne pepper Salt. We marinated then drained but kept the liquid, then floured and double dipped in liquid and flour before frying in oil (not olive) at 350
