Soy-Glazed Salmon

2 lbs Salmon, fillet

1 Lemon, wedges

Condiments

2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
3 tbsp Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed light

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Olive oil

Beer, Wine & Liquor

2 tbsp White wine, dry
