1 3/4 lb Pork tenderloin


12 Bibb lettuce, leaves
2 cloves Garlic
1 bunch Scallions
8 oz Shiitake mushrooms


3 tbsp Hoisin sauce

Baking & Spices

1 14 -ounce bag Coleslaw mix
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Rice vinegar
2 tbsp Vegetable oil

    I cut the sugar in half in the sauce and found it was perfect. I also added a red bell pepper to the dish as I had an extra on hand. Served mine with quinoa sauteed with soy sauce and liked the flavors.

    Also added about 1.5 tsp of fresh grated ginger to the sauce mixture. I'd marinate the meat in the sauce I think instead of just the tablespoon of balsamic.
