Delish. This is my new spaghetti substitue! 1 cup of spaghetti squash has 42 calories versus the 220 calories that whole wheat pasta has. I know, right?! There is also fewer carbohydrates - 42 in pasta; on 10 in squash. The texture isn't freakish and I can eat a little extra without feeling like an oinker!
