Perfect Turkey (Allrecipes.com). I will use this again this year, but I plan to use a different cooking method (See Alton Brown or Trisha Yearwood's methods). However, the broth this recipe produces is UNbelievable....so rich tasting...and it makes fantastic gravy. Definitely brine your turkey, but you can check on this same site for a different brine recipe, if you'd like.
