Green Smoothie Recipe...it's about the presentation! 2 - 3 sweet fruits, 1 vegatable fruit or celery stalk, and 2 cups fresh greens...blend away. GOING TO START GIVING THIS A TRY!!!

Lemon-basil smoothie with aloe -- bet this would be good with basil seeds too

1 cup water or vanilla almond milk 1 cup green grapes 1 medium banana, peeled 2 cups fresh spinach 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1 cup ice or frozen banana

2 cups frozen peaches 2 handfuls of spinach 1 fresh peach, pitted and chopped (optional) 1 cup water 1 tablespoon peeled, minced or grated fresh ginger 1 tablespoon honey + more to taste

1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen ½ cup frozen blueberries 2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and finely grated 2 cups kale leaves, loosely packed 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon raw honey

{clean green smoothie} with all this goodness, you know it's going to be delicious!

2-3 large handfuls of fresh spinach 1 cup almond milk, or water 1/2 cup frozen berries 1-2 bananas juice of 1/2 lemon dash of cinnamon
