If you use all butter, it will burn. Cook the breasts or tenders, until golden on one side, flip them. Once chicken has browned on both sides, turn heat to very low. Tenders cook quickly, and will be ready to serve. A breast is thicker and larger. Simmer low heat until cooked throughly.
