Design a Dream Bedroom: Open Ended Performance Task Math Project (Grades 3-5) $ In this task students draw a blueprint of their dream space. They choose flooring, paint colors, textile patterns and accessories. They calculate the cost of the entire project and finish by writing a letter to their parents explaining their choices. It is 6 problems in one gigantic performance task that includes reading, math, and writing.

Closure activity: 3-2-1 I've been using this activity for years in training classes as an end of day activity.
