Lobster tails are very affordable right now. These were $4/ea. Broiling is a very easy way to cook lobster per Jacques Pépin. Put a skewer through the tail to prevent it from curling when cooking. At a medium broil setting, shell side up for 4 minutes, and shell side down for 4 minutes. And voila!
