4 6-oz. skinless cod, skinless fillets


4 medium cloves Garlic
3 1/2 tbsp Parsley, fresh


1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp Kosher salt


4 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1/2 cup Dry vermouth


10 oz White or baby bella (cremini) mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced about 1/8 inch thick

    The sauce in this is really good. My mushrooms didn't turn out this nicely browned. I used white button, should've used crimini. I ended up taking them out of the oven, quartering them, and browning them in a skillet. I like mushrooms really browned and crispy. Next time I would get a good browning on them in a pan and then throw everything in the oven. Great easy side dish.
