The perfect muffin for fall mornings!
Crock pot baked potatoes! I did this today for Sean and I and they came out awesome! No need to microwave which I dont love to use when cooking. I washed, dried, poked some holes in it with a fork, rubbed some butter and then sprinkled with salt, wrapped it in foil, put two in on low and 7 hours later we had soft, moist baked potatoes with dinner! May take less time for smaller potatoes, I used really large Idaho potatoes. 1 minute prep and no worries about your side for dinner!! Will be doing this often! (only drawback is if you like crispy skins, they are not crispy with the crockpot, they are soft which is fine by me @Alyson Ryan Dietrich @Doreen Ryan @Stacey Schnabel @Shannon Adams Weir
