1 tbsp Honey

1/2 cup Yogurt, plain lowfat

Oatmeal Smoothie- 1 Cup Ice, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup of plain lowfat yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 rolled oats, 1 tbs honey...this sounds so yummy!
