Backpacking requires food choices with sustenance. Breakfast Cereal Recipe for Hikers or Anyone: 2 c Granola, 1/3 c Instant Dry Milk Powder, 1/2 c Craisins, 1/4 c Brown Sugar. Pack all ingredients in a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag. When ready to prepare, add 1 cup cold water and shake. Eat out of bag with a spoon. Serves 1 to 2.
