Vegetarian • Gluten free • Serves 2-4

1 Banana
1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen

Breakfast Foods

1/2 cup Rolled oats, old-fashioned

Condiments

1 tbsp Honey

Dairy

1/2 cup Yogurt, plain lowfat

Frozen

1 cup Ice

Liquids

1 cup Coconut water

Oatmeal Smoothies. A filling, yummy breakfast on the go. I usually do mine with Greek yogurt, oatmeal, whatever juice I have on hand and whatever fresh fruit I have. Or frozen fruit, if none fresh!
