    Yes! Delicious. Seriously so Good!I used a 4 1/2 lb roast. I turned the oven up to 350 degrees the last hour, as I needed it to be ready sooner and I used a meat thermometer to get it med. rare. I didn't add the red pepper as I'm not that into spicy foods.
