Franko fancy-Aano – wrapped in prosciutto, reggiano cheese, arugula, and balsamic Dijon mustard. Holy yums was this hot dog good. It was obviously like nothing I’ve ever tasted before and these were obviously not toppings I ever thought to put on a hot dog. The prosciutto was crispy, the cheese was nutty and salty, the arugula was fresh and crisp and the mustard added a slight spiciness to the hot dog.
