$60 - An Oakville blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, & 2% Cabernet Franc that is quite dark in color with deep ripe aromas of chocolate covered black cherries. $55 - ISOSCELES an blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc & 4 % Merlot offers an opaque, dense purple-black core with barely perceptible color change to the rim. The nose has black fruit, firm but inviting oak notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a sense of just-roasted dark-roast coffee beans. The palate reveals an immensely flavored wine, repeating the black fruit intensity and powerful tannins typical of this brilliant vintage. The finish is stately, regal and long.

$18 - Cabernet Franc, along with Sauvignon Blanc, is a parent of the more famous Cabernet Sauvignon. Quite similar in many ways to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc tends to have higher acid and lighter tannins than its offspring, with fruit in the redder end of the spectrum and a distinctive, aggressive herbal note that can dominate the wine’s aromas.

$30 - This blend of 46% Zinfandel, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, 10% Petite Sirah, 2% Charbono and 1% Grenache has a great color, deep, dark garnet with a clean and bright red band in the rim. The aromas take a minute to come up, and then they take off into a blend of ripe berry and cherry with just a hint of new oak. We age the wine in both new and seasoned French and American oak.

$85 - COL D’ORCIA Olmaia Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007 Situated near the medieval hilltop village of Montalcino in Tuscany’s Siena province, the estate has a rich winemaking history that dates back to the 1700s.This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from Bordeaux clones, has brilliant ruby color with violet hues and an aroma of ripe blackberries accentuated by noble spices. very true to the varietal and the terroir. The taste is full-bodied, meaty, well-structured, culminating in long and elegant finish.

$142 - Produced in the heart of Napa by Christian Moueix since 1983, this Cabernet Sauvignon(92%), Cabernet Franc(5%) & Petit Verdot (3%) blend has become known for its complexity and earthy characters. The 2005 is dark red, almost deep crimson in color. The nose is dense and compact, filled with dark berries, tobacco, black cherries and cacao. Black fruit and licorice linger throughout the evolution in mouth, well-balanced and harmonious. 96 points by Robert Parker.

$30 - Composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot, aged for 21 months in new French oak. Dark ruby-colored, the aromatics are muted with spice box, cassis, clove, and red currants emerging. On the palate it exhibits sweet fruit, spicy flavors, and ripe tannin.

$66 - Rombauer Diamond Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 Napa, California. This Cabernet Sauvignon is complex, dense and sumptuous.  Aromas of ripe plum, wild berries and cedar gives depth and structure. The tannins are structured and firm but balance well with the vibrant fruit.

$10 Baguala Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 Valles Calchaquies, Argentina. Baguala vineyards in northwest Argentina are among the highest in the world. Ruby red color with notes of green pepper on the nose as is typical of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Calchaquí Valley.
