Homemade flour tortillas: 3 cups flour'; 1 tsp salt; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1 cup warm water. Combine all ingredients until it forms a dough. Roll dough into a big ball & take about a 1- to 2-inch piece off. Pat dough flat with your hands or use a rolling pin to roll into circles. Place the dough on a hot griddle, about half a minute per side. Turn when brown splotches start to appear.
